Having been engaged in the project environment for over 20 years he has:
Extensive experience in the front-end development and implementation of large scale capital and strategy development projects;
In-depth knowledge of project governance requirements, methodologies and procedures to establish effective project management offices;
An intimate understanding of the key success factors of both infrastructure and strategy development projects to help owner teams set up for success.
ZB holds an M Eng (Mech) degree and a MBA from the University of Stellenbosch.
