Top Quartile was founded in South Africa in 2011 by experienced project professionals ZB Kotze and Mahmood Sonday. With deep project expertise and a passion to tackle real developmental challenges, the diverse and versatile Top Quartile team works in a variety of settings, which cuts across Business, Government and Civil society.
